AN ALCOHOLIC has appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court after launching a foul-mouthed tirade at cars and shoppers, before telling police to "f*** off".
Officers were called to Railway Approach in East Grinstead to reports of a drunk man hurling abuse at passers-by.
They identified him as homeless man Frederick Devall, who was subsequently arrested and charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
