A MAN who killed his sick pet cat by drowning it in a bucket of water has been spared a jail term by magistrates.
David Streeter was sentenced at Crawley Magistrates' Court today (Monday, November 3) having previously been found guilty of inhumanely killing an animal.
Streeter, from Cherry Lane in Langley Green, was given a 12-month community order and ordered to pay £1,150 in costs.
