A NURSE has been struck off for forging documents while working at Langley Green Hospital to cover up failings after one patient killed another.Anna Green failed to attend a Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) misconduct hearing last week where her actions as a service manager at the hospital were found to have amounted to misconduct.
