A PENSIONER man who stole £4,200 from an HSBC bank account has been given a suspended jail term.David Williams, 73, from The Gables, in Copthorne, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on November 6 for sentencing.Williams had pleaded guilty to theft at a previous hearing, having initially pleaded not guilty and elected trial.
