A STALKER who placed a tracking device in his wife's car and hid a voice recorder in one of their son's toys to spy on her conversations has been spared jail but given a restraining order.
Robert Nowak was sentenced at Crawley Magistrates' Court last Thursday for stalking Monika Sikon-Nowak, who he is separated from, for almost seven months and also assaulting her.
