FRIENDS have leapt to the defence of a Copthorne bouncer who has pleaded guilty to assaulting a punter outside a nightclub.Terry Scott carried out the offence at Poison IV, in East Grinstead, and is due to be sentenced today (Tuesday).But despite his admission, he has been backed by friends and colleagues, who argue that doormen at pubs, bars and nightclubs deserve better protection.Andy Bryant, who used to work with Scott at Liquid Envy (where Moka is now located), in Crawley town centre, said:...
