The man charged with raping a woman in an East Grinstead graveyard will today appear at Hove Crown Court.
Tyrone Carr, of the High Street, East Grinstead, was charged on June 3, with the rape of a woman in her twenties at Mount Noddy cemetery in the early hours of Saturday, June 1.
The 27-year-old has also been charged with an offence of assault by penetration, against the same woman, and with possessing an offensive weapon - a glass bottle.
