Sussex Police have arrested a second man in connection with the murder of homeless man Lea Williams.Mr Williams, 45, was found dead near the pitch-and-putt course at the Western Esplanade at Hove seafront on February 11th.He was found dead by community workers from a local homeless project after receiving severe head and facial injuries.
