A MAN has appeared in court accused of raping a woman in Broadfield.
Rafal Rybianski appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court last Wednesday (February 25) charged with rape.
The 26-year-old is accused of carrying out the attack on April 23 last year.
Rybianski, who required a Polish translator throughout the hearing, did not enter a plea.
Melanie Wotton, prosecuting, asked magistrates to impose four bail conditions on Rybianski, from Warnham Road, Furnace Green.
