POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted close to a railway station.
The attack happened in Station Approach, close to Horley station at about 7.40pm on Friday, February 27 as the girl, who is in her late teens, was walking towards the station.
A man reportedly approached her and touched her inappropriately before running away. Officers believe he crossed the road and entered The Grove.
