A PENSIONER has appeared in court facing two charges of intentionally touching a girl aged under 16 in a sexual way.Reginald Gray, 65, from Fennel Crescent, in Broadfield, is accused of committing the offences between March 1 and June 6, 2013.Prosecutor Melanie Wotton told Crawley Magistrates' Court last Wednesday that, because of the severity of the alleged offences, Gray should face trial in a crown court.He pleaded not guilty to the charges at last Wednesday's hearing.
