DETECTIVES hunting a man wanted in connection with the murder of man in Hertfordshire on Saturday believe that he could head for Sussex and have warned that he should not be approached.
Ian McLoughlin, 55, was jailed for life in 1992 for the murder of Brighton barman Peter Halls in September 1990 and it is believed that he still has contacts in Sussex, particularly in Brighton and Seaford.
