POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was subjected to a terrifying sex attack by a man in Goffs Park.
The 25-year-old victim was walking through the park between 2.30 and 3.30am on Saturday (March 28) when the man pushed her to the ground and tried to force himself on her.
The woman suffered cuts and bruises before fighting the man off and fleeing onto the A23 close to the Gossops Green traffic lights where a passing motorist raised the alarm.
