THE man accused of murdering German student Janet Müller by setting fire to a car in Ifield with her locked in the boot intends to plead not guilty, a court has heard today.
At a preliminary hearing at Guildford Crown Court this afternoon Christopher Raymond Jeffrey-Shaw's solicitor, Shuaib Saeed, told the court his client denies murdering the 21-year-old.
He plans to plead not guilty at a plea and case management hearing, which has been set for June 4.
