A MAN who attacked a woman has had his sentencing in court delayed.Jonathan Phelps appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on April 23 expecting to be handed his punishment for assaulting a woman earlier this month.At a previous hearing Phelps had pleaded guilty to assault by beating.On April 4 he attacked a woman at an address in Coxcomb Walk, Bewbush.However, a pre-sentence report on the 32-year-old, from Freemantle Close, in Oakridge, Basingstoke, had not been completed.Magistrates adjourned...
