A MAN who stole aftershave from a shop has been ordered to pay court costs and charges totalling more than three times the value of the goods he took.
Danny Johnson, 22, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on May 14 to be sentenced for shoplifting at Debenhams in County Mall.
Magistrates gave Johnson, of no fixed abode, a 12-month conditional discharge. He must pay court costs and charges totalling £200 and a £15 victim surcharge.
