A DRIVER who knocked down and killed a cyclist has been jailed after admitting he has never had a driving licence.
Zisi Lushi struck cyclist Michael Dixon in Kerves Lane, Horsham, after taking his brother's silver Citroen C2 despite having no licence or insurance.
Mr Dixon, 65, from Trundle Mead, Horsham, died at the scene.
