A MAN has been charged with permitting the production of cannabis at an address in Crawley.Thomas Moss, from Vanburgh Close, Bewbush, is accused of committing the offence in Chantrey Close, Tilgate on February 19, 2013.The 51-year-old appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on May 19 and the case was sent for trial at Horsham Magistrates' Court on June 26.
