A MAN has appeared in court accused of driving while under the influence of cannabis.
Mohammed Rashid, of Swift Lane in Langley Green, attended Crawley Magistrates' Court on June 18.
On April 1 the 35-year-old is alleged to have driven along Downland Drive, in Southgate, with 3.5mg of cannabis in his blood. The legal limit is 2mg.
Rashid did not enter a plea to the charge. Magistrates adjourned the case so checks can be carried out into Rashid's medical condition.
