THE victim of a stabbing in Gossops Green last night was a wanted criminal who was on the run after breaching the terms of his release from prison, Crawley News understands.
Bradley Moynes, 29, was arrested in Gossops Drive at about 9.15pm, after police were called to reports of a stabbing.
Moynes was attacked by a man with a knife, who is still at large.
Moynes had been released part-way through a six-year sentence for blackmail imposed at Lewes Crown Court in October 2011.
