A MAN caught doing 101mph on the M23 while over the limit has been banned from driving for a second time.
Paul Morris was caught on the northbound carriageway at Pease Pottage in his BMW 320d at 11.45am on June 21.
When officers pulled him over the 28-year-old had 52 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath when tested.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
He had previously served a 20-month ban for drink-driving imposed in 2007.
