A MAN is going to stand trial accused of assaulting a man in Queens Square.
Louis Furcy appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on July 1 charged with a count of assault by beating.
Furcy, 34, is alleged to have assaulted James Leonard in the town centre on May 30.
Magistrates released Furcy, of no fixed abode, on unconditional bail.
He is next due to appear at Horsham Magistrates' Court on July 29 for trial.
