A CRAWLEY motorist has been named and shamed by police after he was caught behind the wheel over the drink-drive limit.Sussex Police have published details of a driver who officers spotted driving suspiciously slowly.Gary McKinley was arrested at 10.45pm on June 20 after police stopped his Vauxhall Astra after they saw it moving slowly in Balcombe Road, Horley.The 28-year-old had 45 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of his breath.
