A MAN who it was claimed could not face charges of indecently assaulting a young girl because the stress could kill him will face trial.A fourth hearing took place in the case against Richard Baines of Hillview Road, Worthing at Crawley Magistrates' Court on July 8.The 70-year-old is accused of indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 14 on two occasions, and of committing an act of gross indecency towards the same girl on two occasions between January 1, 1977 and January 2, 1980.
