THE Crawley man convicted of causing the death of his girlfriend through dangerous driving has again been ordered to remain in custody by magistrates over comments posted on his Facebook page.
Minesh Parbat appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Monday for a bail hearing.
The 36-year-old was remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to a charge of displaying writing with intent to cause harassment or distress at Crawley Magistrates' Court on July 21.
