A TEENAGER is almost £500 worse off after being found guilty of travelling on a train without a valid ticket.Darren James, 18, of Ackes Close, Copthorne, was caught travelling without a valid ticket at Gatwick Airport on June 16.The case was proved in his absence at Crawley Magistrates' Court on August 11, where he was fined £200 and ordered to pay a further £299.50 in costs.
