A MAN accused of having a knife in his hand when a police officer approached him following reports of a disturbance near Moka has denied the offence in court.
Craig Morris was among a large group of people in the car park of Crawley railway station, next to Moka, when police arrived to deal with a reported disturbance on May 29.
It is alleged that, when a police officer approached Morris, he had his hand behind his back then produced a knife before throwing it behind him.
