A MAN has been fined after he was caught near a secondary school with cannabis.Stephen Raikes appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on October 1 charged with being in possession of a Class B drug.The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to having cannabis on August 15 on Ashdown Drive, in Tilgate - the same road where Thomas Bennett Community College is based.Raikes, of Seaford Road in Broadfield, was fined £100 for the offence.Magistrates also ordered him to pay a £20 victim surcharge and...
