A WOMAN was banned from getting on a flight at Gatwick after joking about having a gun in her bag.
The incident happened today at the easyJet bad drop desk in the South Terminal.
The woman, who is reportedly 36 years old and from London, was banned from getting on her flight and given strong words of warning by police at the airport after they thoroughly searched her bag.
She was not arrested.
