A MAN accused of stealing from a shop in Southgate has failed to appear in court and police have issued an appeal to trace him.
Ryan Higson, 27, is wanted for failing to appear at court on September 30 to answer a charge of theft and for breaching a court order for community service.
He is also sought for interview over a series of 11 shoplifting offences in the Crawley area over the past two months.
