A HOMELESS man has been fined for threatening behaviour in the High Street.Craig Oregan pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour on October 14 when he appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on October 28. The 42-year-old was fined £40 for the offence and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £235 in court costs.
