A MAN has appeared in court in Crawley charged with engaging in sexual activity with a resident at a care home in Horsham.
Dorin Brancovan, 33, of Bishopric Court, Horsham, appeared in custody at Crawley Magistrates' Court yesterday.
He is accused of engaging in sexual activity with a female resident at a care home in the Horsham district in the early hours of Monday, November 23.
He was given conditional court bail, for an initial appearance at Lewes Crown Court on December 22.
