A man who failed to give a breath specimen when suspected of drink-driving in Crawley has been fined £460 and banned from driving.Saagar Patel refused to give the specimen when stopped on Horsham Roa, Broadfield on October 23.The 23-year-old, of Worthing Road, West Grinstead, pleaded guilty to the offence at Crawley Magistrates' Court on November 6.
