A MAN has been cleared after it was alleged that he had raped a woman in Broadfield.Rafal Rybianski faced trial at Hove Crown Court earlier this month.The 27-year-old was accused of having carried out the sex attack on April 23 at an address in Broadfield.But a jury unanimously found Rybianski, from Warnham Road, in Furnace Green, not guilty on November 20.He was then discharged by the judge.
