THREE men have appeared in court accused of kidnapping a man in his 40s and leaving him with both eye sockets fractured and his leg broken in Tilgate Park.Sussex Police discovered a man lying seriously injured in a stream in the park, off Tilgate Drive, during a routine patrol last month.
