A TRIO of men have appeared in court accused of kidnapping a man and leaving him in Tilgate Park with both eye sockets fractured and a broken leg.Police discovered a man lying seriously injured in a stream in the park. The 43-year-old victim was found near the Fisherman's Car Park.Officers were carrying out a routine patrol of the car park at about 1.30am on December 8 when a silver car was spotted speeding off suspiciously – leading to a wider search and the injured man being discovered....
