A MAN accused of a serious sexual assault at an address in the town has had his case sent to the crown court.Paul Spindlow appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on January 20 to face a charge of penetrating a woman over the age of 16 with his fingers at an address in Crawley on August 7 last year. The case was sent to Lewes Crown Court, where he will appear on February 17.
