A MAN who was caught drug-driving in Southgate has lost his licence.Mohammed Rashid was stopped in Downland Drive driving a Mercedes A Class.He gave a reading of 3.5 micrograms of cannabis in his system. The legal limit is 2 micrograms.The 35-year-old, from Swift Lane, Langley Green, was also fined £100 for the offence after pleading guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on January 29. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
