A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of driving a car without an MOT and without insurance and has been released on bail.Crawley Police stopped a Skoda Fabia on Horsham Road on Sunday, March 13 just after 6pm.Officers arrested a 21-year-old man from Crawley on suspicion of not having an MOT or insurance and carried out a drug swab test on the car, which tested positive for cannabis.The man has been released on bail until Sunday, May 1.
