DRUNKEN brawls are on the increase as the number of East Grinstead crimes linked to alcohol rockets.There were 80 alcohol-related offences in the town between January and August including possession of weapons, sexual assault and racist comments.The figures, obtained through a Freedom of Information request, have revealed a year-on-year rise in the number of assaults committed in the town where drink has been a factor.Police were called to 47 such incidents during the months in question...
