A CALLOUS criminal stole a Poppy Appeal collection box from an East Grinstead petrol station on the morning of Remembrance Sunday.
In a strikingly similar incident that occurred at the same location just days previously, a hooded thief entered the Esso garage on Station Road and "yanked" the charity tin from the counter, before running from the scene.
