A homeless woman will have money taken from her benefits after admitting being drunk and disorderly.Angela McNeil committed the offence in Stephenson Way, Three Bridges on April 20. The 48-year-old, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty when she appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on May 6.She was fined £40 and ordered to pay £50 costs plus a £30 victim surcharge.
