A 62-year-old man has been cautioned after stealing a Poppy Appeal tin.
The East Grinstead man was arrested for theft on Friday after a member of staff at Ashdown Gate Residential Home, where he lives, reported a collection tin had been stolen.
Officers visited the London Road care home and viewed the CCTV before making the arrest.
