A man has been fined for driving without due care and attention but received no additional punishment for not having insurance after blaming his mum.Neil Limbachia, of Shetland Close, Worth, pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Friday to committing the offence on Balcombe Road on March 6.The 25-year-old had been driving his Volvo along Balcombe Road when it was involved in an accident.
