Armed police in Smallfield are not dealing with a terror incident, officers have confirmed.
Careys Wood is currently closed off with a large police presence on the scene including officers with guns and an armoured Land Rover.
Surrey Police have confirmed officers went to the house this morning to execute a warrant but were confronted by a man with a weapon.
