A man in his thirties has been arrested after a heavy police presence was spotted in Horley today (Wednesday).Heavy police presence were seen along with ambulance cars and the police helicopter this afternoon.
One resident at the scene has also reported seeing police officers "pinning down" a man by the Texaco petrol garage at around 3.45pm.
Surrey Police has told the Mirror that the man was arrested on suspicion of assault and is currently in police custody.
