A man is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court after being charged with acting as a member of cabin crew on an aircraft while drunk.
Portuguese national Eduardo Dos Reis Parente allegedly caused a three-hour delay after turning up late on July 10 for a flight from Gatwick which was bound for the Greek island of Corfu.
In July the Crawley News reported that a Small Planet Airlines flight was unable to take off after one of the airline's crew did not show up on time.
