A man has been arrested on suspicion of drug-driving and drink-driving following a crash between a van and a car in Hancross that caused major tailbacks this morning.The collision occurred on the northbound carriageway of the A23 at Handcross Hill early this morning with police being called to the scene at 5.43am.There were no serious injuries but the incident led to significant traffic delays as lanes one and two were closed to allow the scene to be cleared, which was completed by 7.47am.The...
