A man has been arrested following a hit and run incident where a teenage boy suffered head and arm injuries and remains in hospital receiving treatment.The 15-year-old sustained the injuries after he was involved in a collision with a black Vauxhall Astra car in Woodfield Road at about 4.40pm on Sunday (September 25).The boy, who had been in foot, was treated at the scene before being taken by ambulance to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, in Brighton, where he has been kept in for treatment....
