A man who was arrested on suspicion of raping a woman in Horley town centre in the middle of the night has been released from custody and will face no further action, police have said.Surrey Police are continuing to investigate the serious sexual assault, which is reported to have taken place in Victoria Road during the early hours of Saturday (October 8).
